2–5 November 2027
Exhibitors
1,076 exhibiting companies (2025 edition — 2027 figures not yet published)
Visitors
23,113 professional visitors, per Europort's own 2025 reporting (promotional material separately cites up to ~30,000 visitors from 45 countries — treat that as rounded marketing language, not the audited figure)
Stand sizes
Minimum 12m² for both 'space only' and Basic packages, scaling to 50m²+ for the Exclusive tier — pricing runs €315/m² (space only) to €595/m² (Exclusive), plus a mandatory €485 marketing & service fee per exhibitor
Sector
Shipbuilding, maritime technology & offshore equipment
Before you book
What you actually need to know about Europort.
Europort is the Netherlands' biennial showcase for shipbuilding and maritime technology at Rotterdam Ahoy — a technical, B2B-only floor for the buyers and engineers behind dredgers, naval vessels, workboats, inland shipping and offshore support vessels, not a consumer boat show.
Traffic & timing
Europort runs across four days; expect the opening two days to carry the heaviest procurement and technical-buyer traffic, with the final day trending toward wrap-up meetings and quieter floor time — typical for a maritime B2B show of this length, though Europort doesn't publish an official day-by-day breakdown, so confirm nearer the date.
Key deadlines
Plan backwards from move-in.
Stand package choice
Decide your package before booking: 'stand space only' starts at 12m² for self-build, while packaged tiers scale up to 50m²+ (Exclusive) — height and finish options differ sharply between tiers, so lock this in before finalising a design.
Rigging bookings
Any suspension point above your stand must be fastened by Europort's appointed contractor, Stand2Gether — there's no self-rig option, so get your rigging brief to them well before move-in rather than arranging it on-site.
Build-up & technical floor plan
Move-in dates, stand-construction passes and the technical floor plan are confirmed closer to the show ('to be communicated in due course' as of writing) — build a placeholder into your production schedule and confirm as soon as Europort publishes them.
Watch-outs
Rotterdam Ahoy, not a generic hall.
2.75m height ceiling almost everywhere
Outside Halls 7–8's tall roof beams, the general maximum construction height is 2.75m — dropping to just 1m on the first metre of side/back walls — so a stand designed for an 8m-ceiling fair elsewhere won't fit here without redesign.
Only one company can rig your stand
Suspension points above your stand can only be fastened by Stand2Gether, Europort's exclusive rigging contractor — you can't bring your own rigger or subcontract this part.
Watch for phishing and fake 'official' directories
Europort explicitly warns exhibitors about fraudulent third parties posing as official directory or hotel-booking services — verify any unsolicited exhibitor-services email against Europort's own contact channels before paying anything.
Fire safety sign-off isn't a formality
Naked flames, soldering and welding all need prior written permission plus floor/ceiling protection; flammable fabrics need fire-resistant treatment with certificates on hand, and only Supertape or linen tape is allowed on stands — ordinary gaffer tape gets you charged.

[PLACEHOLDER] Deltamarine Systems
Building tall within a 2.75m ceiling
Deltamarine wanted a stand that read as substantial despite Europort's low general height limit. We used a Deluxe-tier footprint with a raised graphic eyecatcher and lighting design to create a sense of height without exceeding the 2.75m construction cap.
35m² footprint that read noticeably taller in visitor photos and social shares than its actual height.

Stands here are capped at 2.75m tall across almost the whole floor — a third of the height allowed at comparable medtech fairs.

Frequently asked
Europort, answered.
Can we build higher than 2.75m if we want more presence?
Only in Halls 7–8, where the roof beam allows up to 22m — everywhere else on the floor the 2.75m cap applies, dropping to 1m on the first metre of side/back walls.
Can our own rigger install suspended signage?
No — Europort requires every suspension point above a stand to be fastened by its appointed contractor, Stand2Gether, regardless of who built the rest of the stand.
The move-in dates aren't published yet — how do we plan around that?
Build a placeholder into your production schedule now based on the 2–5 November show dates, and confirm exact build-up/breakdown dates and the technical floor plan as soon as Europort releases them, typically closer to the show.
