Venue

Antwerp Expo

Dates

17–18 March 2027

Exhibitors

~120 exhibitors (based on the most recent edition)

Visitors

Not yet published for 2027 — audience includes prevention advisers, environmental coordinators, CPBW members, ergonomists and facility managers

Stand sizes

No published stand-size grid — expect demonstration- and masterclass-oriented stands rather than large custom builds, matching the show's focus on live sessions

Sector

Workplace health, safety & prevention

Before you book

What you actually need to know about Worksafe.

A two-day trade fair for workplace prevention and safety professionals, co-located with Maintenance and M+R under a shared visitor badge, with a programme built around masterclasses and live demonstrations covering topics like fire safety, machine safety and safety culture.

Traffic & timing

Much of this show's draw is its masterclass and demo programme rather than open-floor browsing — a stand's position relative to the demo stages likely matters more here than at a typical walk-the-floor fair.

Key deadlines

Plan backwards from move-in.

Confirm proximity to the masterclass programme

Worksafe's content runs on a published session schedule that concentrates footfall at fixed times — confirm your stand's distance from the demo/masterclass stages early, since it shapes when you'll actually see traffic.

Coordinate with the shared Maintenance/M+R hall assignment

This show shares its hall and badge with Maintenance and M+R — confirm your position relative to those two before finalising a design aimed only at safety-specific visitors.

Plan for a demo-heavy floor, not a browse-heavy one

With masterclasses as the main draw, budget stand space and staffing for structured demonstrations rather than passive product display.

Watch-outs

Antwerp Expo, not a generic hall.

Footfall is programme-driven, not constant

Masterclasses and live demos concentrate crowds at specific scheduled times rather than spreading evenly across the two days — a stand that only works for passive walk-by traffic will see uneven attention.

Shares its hall and badge with Maintenance and M+R

Visitors are moving between three related-but-distinct exhibitor pools under one ticket — clear, safety-specific signage matters more here than at a single-theme fair.

Two-day format, not the usual week

Like most shows at this venue, this is a compact two-day floor — a build and staffing plan sized for a longer fair will overshoot both budget and crew time.

No published venue-wide technical manual

We didn't find a public exhibitor/technical manual for Antwerp Expo as a whole — request build regulations and safety rules directly from the organiser before designing a stand.

[PLACEHOLDER] Solari Safety Equipment — A demo-first stand built around a masterclass schedule

[PLACEHOLDER] Solari Safety Equipment

A demo-first stand built around a masterclass schedule

Solari's Worksafe stand needed to draw a crowd around a live PPE demonstration timed against the show's own masterclass schedule, not compete with it. We built a stand with a small demo stage set back from the aisle, so the crowd it gathered didn't block through-traffic during the venue's own scheduled sessions.

Demo slots consistently drew a standing crowd without blocking the aisle for other exhibitors.

Frequently asked

Worksafe, answered.

Does Worksafe run on its own, or alongside other shows?

It's co-located with Maintenance and M+R under one shared visitor badge and the same two days — visitors typically move between all three.

Does the masterclass programme affect stand placement?

It's worth asking about — much of this show's footfall concentrates around scheduled masterclasses and demos rather than spreading evenly, so proximity to that programme is worth confirming with the organiser.

Is there a published technical/build guide for the venue?

We didn't find one publicly for Antwerp Expo — we'd request the exhibitor technical manual and order deadlines directly from the organiser once a stand is confirmed.

Exhibiting elsewhere too?
