Challenge
A multi-phase development with residential, retail and office tenants needed one wayfinding system that could grow as each phase completed.

Approach
We designed a signage family with a shared visual language but independent panel inserts, so new tenants and buildings could be added without replacing existing structures.

Execution
Monolith signage, building identification and directional wayfinding were installed in step with each construction phase over 18 months.
Result
A wayfinding system that has absorbed three additional phases without a single structure being replaced.
