Challenge
Veltrix needed to stand out on a hall floor of near-identical industrial exhibitors, on a build schedule of under 48 hours.
Approach
We designed a stand around scale and material rather than screens and banners — a raised timber-and-steel volume visible from across the hall, with graphics produced to survive three days of handling.
Execution
Modular structure, trade fair graphics and lighting were pre-built and tested off-site, then assembled on the floor in 36 hours with a dedicated install crew.
Result
The most-photographed stand in its hall, and a modular structure Veltrix now reuses across three fairs a year.
